Lunch Menu: Empanada

The Neligh-Oakdale Lady Warriors will be competing in the NVC Tournament next week. They begin action in Ewing on Monday night at 6:15 vs. West Holt and at 7:30 vs. Summerland. Please note the message below about the Conference Tournament requiring masks.

The NVC Conference will be requiring masks for all spectators, workers and bench players and coaches in the upcoming tournament at all sites.  Masks will be required by all in attendance and must be worn properly (over the nose and mouth) at all NVC volleyball conference tournament games.  If they are not, you will be asked to leave.  West Holt will be hosting the NVC VB Championships on Oct. 23 at 6:15 and 7:30 pm.  Thanks for your cooperation to keep our kids and communities safe.

Neligh Oakdale playoff football shirt orders are online for a second order. It is  scheduled to close Wednesday October 21st at 10:00AM.

A Northeast Community College representative will be at Neligh-Oakdale October 21 at 9:44. See Mrs. Knust for a pass prior. 

Wyotech will be here on Monday, October 26 at 9:44 to meet with any juniors or seniors who are interested in hearing about their programs. Please see Mrs. Knust for a pass prior.

Nebraska Wesleyan will be doing a Zoom College Visit on November 5 at 1:00 pm. Please see Mrs. Knust prior for a pass. 

DC/NYC Travel Opportunity: This upcoming summer, June, 2021, Mr. Larsen will once again lead a trip to explore Washington D.C. and New York City. This trip is for anyone currently in 8-12 grade. The trip will last 5 days with a full itinerary each day. If there are students currently not in an Ag Class, but would like to be in FFA this year, and plan on taking an Ag Class next Semester. Go and talk with Miss Burnside by Friday, October 16th. 

The end of Quarter 1 is October 16. Junior High will change quarter classes on October 19.

  • UPDATED: The cross country team will dismiss at 12:00 for Ainsworth this Thursday. ( Sorry I looked at last year’s dismissal time which was at a different site)

Ladies 4th - 8th grade can register to play 3 on 3 basketball at the YMCA in Norfolk on Monday evenings in November.  You will play 2 games each night with the first games beginning at 6:00.  A complete schedule will follow registrations.Registration forms are in both offices and need to be returned by Oct. 14th.  If you have questions, please contact Christy Knutson at 649-4806 or Tanner Knutson at 887-7744.

Picture retakes will be on Thursday morning, October 15th. Students who wish to have pictures retaken must bring their picture packets back to the photographer. 

Seniors will be taking group photos on Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:45. Please dismiss at 10:30 and seniors meet in the lobby. Seniors shirts are $14 and need paid by Tuesday. 

Three different places on the gym floor had gum stuck to them. Use a trash can and dispose of it properly or the gum will no longer be a privilege.
