Mrs. Anderson’s class had some special visitors stop in this week to help the class practice their long division. In return, the 4th graders showed them how to solve division using place value strategies.

The 8th grade class attended a Career Exploration Workshop at Northeast Community College today! They spent the day learning about their aptitudes and interests and exploring careers that support them. They also pretended to be adults and did a budgeting activity based on different career incomes and projected living expenses. They ended their day with a campus tour of Northeast Community College.
Peysyn comes to school every day with a positive attitude and is ready to learn. She is always willing to help out a classmate and tries her best. Peysyn works hard and is a great leader in the classroom.
