Author Peg Sundberg visited school today and talked with students in Kindergarten-6th grade. Cowgirl Peg shared her books with students. The messages of her books center around character building and being kind.

Cain Mortensen - 10th Grade Warrior of the Month for September! Cain is a very hard worker that always has a good attitude about things. He tries his best and is willing to lend a helping hand when needed. Cain completes all assignments in class and is always respectful.
Caleb Atkins - 3rd Grade Warrior of the Month for September! Caleb has modeled what it means to be a respectful, responsible and positive Warrior. He strives to do his very best. He works well with his peers and helps out friends when needed. He is a great role model.
Oscar Garzon - 8th Grade Warrior of the Month for September! Always has a positive attitude. Is engaged during Warrior Time and works well with any student, no matter their grade level. Always gives his best at whatever he does. Oscar is always willing to help where needed.
Sara Acosta-Bravo - 11th Grade Warrior of the Month for September! Sara is kind and nice to the people around her and always willing to help. She is a wonderful example of the Warrior Way!
Emmy Tillema - 7th Grade Warrior of the Month for September! Emmy is incredibly helpful, responsible and positive. She works quietly every day in class, when her assignment is finished she helps other students and has a positive attitude on the volleyball court.
Rebecca Dozler - A.M. Preschool Warrior of the Month for September! Rebecca comes in everyday with a smile. She is a wonderful example of the Warrior Way. She plays well with her friends, follows directions, and is very helpful.
Brooklyn Funk - 2nd Grade Warrior of the Month for September! Brooklyn comes to school with a great attitude everyday. She is friendly to her classmates and is always ready to learn. I appreciate her constant participation and love of learning! Keep up the great work, Brooklyn!
