Weight room hours will begin on Monday May 22nd
All 7-12 grade students are able to attend lifting
The weight room will be open Monday-Friday mornings

There will be about 15 minutes of agilities and then lifting through our new VOLT ATHLETICS app takes 30-40 minutes so you should be finished within an hour. The new program requires 4 days a week of lifting.

Local author Ginny Garzón visited the 6th graders last week! She shared her new book with the class and discussed her inspiration behind how/why the book was written. Mrs. Hanzel’s class now has a whole new understanding about the Venezuelan culture and US citizenship.
