The First Graders delivered hearts to businesses in town this morning. The businesses they visited were River Mill Coffee, Blackburn Manufacturing, and Dan Murray Construction.




Finally, we had an all school Tug-Of-War competition! One student from each grade level was put on 1 of 8 teams.

We also recognized our winter sport athletes. Good Luck heading into the Post Season!

Mrs. Kerkman shared with the group how much money the Elementary Students raised to help Ashley Caballero raise money for an adaptive swing set for our city park. This is for her FCCLA project.
Together, they raised $2,016.84!

What an AWESOME K-12 Warrior Time event this morning. We started with the playing and singing of the school Fight Song and then acknowledged some pretty awesome Warriors for their outstanding work in and out of the classrooms!

Our quiz bowl team participated in a Radio tournament this morning. The Warriors were defeated by Fullerton in double overtime.

The 6th graders got to play "The Dreidel Game" after studying about the Ancient Israelites in Social Studies.





There will be a K-12 PEP RALLY at 10:40 on Wednesday February 9th. Mr. Arehart and Miss Burnside will be in charge. All team coaches, please be prepared to speak.

REMEMBER: Tomorrow the Neligh-Oakdale High School Speech team are asking students and staff to wear blue to support the recent tragedy that took place in Pierce. Students may wear a hat for a $1.00 and Teachers may wear jeans for a $5.00 donation.

Today the morning preschoolers celebrated their 100th day of school.


This morning wrestling team members, Jacob, Ashton, and Carson, came to talk to WestWard students about being positive, respectful, and responsible Warriors on the mats.


Celebrating being 100 days smarter at WestWard today! There was so much excitement and joy humming through the gym this afternoon!
