Weight room hours will begin on Monday May 22nd
All 7-12 grade students are able to attend lifting
The weight room will be open Monday-Friday mornings

6:00-7:00

There will be about 15 minutes of agilities and then lifting through our new VOLT ATHLETICS app takes 30-40 minutes so you should be finished within an hour. The new program requires 4 days a week of lifting.

Local author Ginny Garzón visited the 6th graders last week! She shared her new book with the class and discussed her inspiration behind how/why the book was written. Mrs. Hanzel’s class now has a whole new understanding about the Venezuelan culture and US citizenship.
N-OPS is excited to welcome Ms. Jacey Hammer as our new 3rd Grade Teacher. We look forward to her joining our Warrior family for the 23-24 school year!!

JH awards ceremony was held on Monday and a lot of students walked away with awards. Great job Warriors
The Color Run/Walk will be on July 1st this year. Come out and support the Track Committee! Registrations after June 20th will be first come, first serve on the t-shirts!
